OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY
The main aim is to give the students the opportunity to learn by working in a fictional company which will have everything that a real one has.
To make sure that we reach the objectives, the project is divided into the phases that can be organized more easily and students can follow the process logically with enough time for work. Each phase will be finished by a meeting where the students will be able to monitor and evaluate their work. This form of evaluation and organisation of the tasks will help us to achieve the objectives.
Use of new technologies
Using latest software and the e-working platform mentioned above the students will become familiar with this technology which creates an even European standard among all the partners. This is essential for the students who will have to face quickly changing technical development.
Foreign language
By carrying and presenting tasks in a foreign language, by doing works like a manual in different language, by spending time together in project meetings students will be motivated to learn and use other language. During project meetings the student should live with families to increase their confidence about the communication. Giving presentations about thepartner schools, local environment and educational systems lead to increased confidence in using English as a foreignlanguage and presentation skills.
European Citizenship
By breaking down stereotypes and prejudices, by working in a European context we can decrease misconceptions about other countries and start to approach each other so that European friendships will develop. To reach these objectives we will study historic bonds between the countries and our socio-cultural reality, learn about the culture of our partners during the mobilities.
Improvement of teaching practice
Meeting and working together with colleagues from other European countries will improve the abilities of the teachers involved to prepare students for a European working environment. It is also important to see how gender mainstream is put into practice in all partner schools to learn from this.Teachers will increase their experience by having meetings and planning activities with participating countries. Moreover, they will have access to a wider range of materials shared with the partner schools which will give them the opportunity to analyse different cultural realities. It will also increase the capabilities in working with IT as a subject for learning and communication.
